I just got the BT-Sculpt Gen2 microcurrent facial sculpting machine and I’m already impressed! From the moment I unboxed it, it feels like a high-quality, professional device.It’s super easy to set up and use, and the design is very sleek and user-friendly. I tried it right away and the treatment feels really gentle but effective, you can actually feel the micro-current working without any discomfort.Even after the first use, my skin looked more refreshed and slightly lifted, which honestly surprised me. Professional Level Lifting Device That Actually Delivers
I have quite a few different facial devices and LED light masks that I use regularly, so I’m always trying new ones. But when I saw this lifting, sculpting, and firming device by a high-end, reputable brand like Bio-Therapeutic, I was definitely intrigued to try it. This isn’t one of those random gadgets, it’s a brand that’s been around for a long time and is known for professional-grade devices, so I had higher expectations going into it.Right away, I was thoroughly impressed with this facial device. You can immediately tell it is high quality and very well made. The device itself is made from a brushed alloy, and the second you pick it up you can tell it’s metal. It has some weight to it in a good way, which makes it feel durable and premium. The handle and main body are compact but really comfortable to hold, and the overall design feels very sleek and professional.One of the standout features is the four probe heads. They actually move, with the bottom ones adjusting backward to fit your face better, which is part of their self tensioning probe system. It does take a little getting used to at first because depending on your face shape, getting the placement just right can take a minute. Sometimes the spacing between the heads can feel a bit wide, but once you figure it out, it works really well. And it is really easy to use. There is a button for each function and they are clearly labeled, including a power button, lift mode, and skin mode. There are LED indicators with numbers that show the intensity level, and also indicators that light up when all four heads are properly touching your skin. There are five intensity levels to choose from. Each probe is labeled as channel 1 or 2, with positive and negative points that work together, so when both heads for each channel are making contact, the device confirms it with the indicator lights. This makes it really easy to know when you’re using it correctly. It also beeps to guide you, and in lift mode you hold each placement for six beeps, which makes the process very straightforward. The instructions are very well written and actually helpful. They clearly show where to place the device on different areas of your face depending on what you want to target, which made it much easier to use correctly.I have seen some people mention that they don’t feel anything, but that was not my experience at all. Even on level 1, I could feel a noticeable tingle. It works best when using a water based serum or toner, which is recommended for both modes, and that really helps with conductivity. You still feel it in both lift and skin mode, you just need to make sure all four heads are touching your skin and both connectivity lights are on. I will say the sensation is a little different between the two. The skin mode tends to feel a bit more noticeable and tingly, while the lift mode feels more subtle and controlled. From what I’ve noticed, that’s actually normal since the lift mode is more targeted and working on the muscles, while the skin mode is more surface level, so even though it feels lighter, it is still working exactly how it should.As far as results, this is where it really impressed me. Right after using lift mode, I could visibly see a difference, especially in my smile lines. They looked slightly softer, and my face overall looked a bit more lifted and less puffy. I even tested it by doing one side of my face only, and the difference was very noticeable. The side I used it on looked more sculpted, my jawline appeared tighter, my eyebrow sat slightly higher, my cheekbones looked more defined, and my face overall looked more lifted compared to the other side. After using it every other day for almost two weeks, I can see a real difference. My face looks more lifted, firmer, brighter, and less puffy overall. The results also last a couple of days, and I can tell that with continued use they will last even longer.At the current price of $343 (as of 4/7/26), it definitely seems expensive at first, but for what you’re getting, it’s actually a fantastic value and worth every penny. This really is a high end facial device that delivers results similar to professional treatments with consistent use. Overall, this is easily one of the best facial devices I have tried. It works amazingly well, and I can actually see a difference when I use it. It is something I look forward to using, and will continue to use for years to come. I highly recommend it.

From skeptical to sold. This thing works!! And it doesn’t hurt!!
Okay so when I first got this, I was skeptical. My husband looked at it and asked, “what new Klingon torture device do you have now?” (He mostly rolls his eyes at all my skincare tools/devices, haha). But I took some before photos and gave it a whirl for a week. I used it every other day. I did watch their handy instructional video via QR link and checked their website out. I recommend also reading the manual. You essentially gently press the bottom nodes to your face then use the hinge mechanism to open up and move the top nodes to where they need to go, hold for 12 seconds, then rinse and repeat.I used a hydrating mist toner with each session. I definitely recommend hydrating your skin with something and remisting when necessary. I noticed that I could feel the microcurrent pricks more strongly when my skin wasn’t hydrated. When it is properly hydrated I feel nothing, which is my preference. I have multiple other microcurrent devices and I don’t enjoy the watery eye/twitching muscle sensations. I used the Bt Sculpt on level 3 and almost thought it was doing nothing because it’s so gentle. BUT super powerful, as I found out after looking at my after photos!!According to what I read about the device, the impact is cumulative. So it does take time and consistent use. You really only need to use it 2-3/week. And it’s designed to have a sensor that lights up to tell you that you have proper skin contact and beeps every 2 seconds. You count 6 beeps and move into the next area. So really, even if you’re doing all the suggested areas on the face in Lift mode (the chin, lip, cheek, nasolabial fold and eyebrow), you’re only spending a couple minutes per session. So easy to build into a skincare routine!There is also a second mode, skin. This is for helping your skincare products absorb better. I think this works best with skincare products that provide a little slip so the device doesn’t tug on your skin. It’s nice that this device does two things!It’s very easy to clean, you just rinse the nodes off and dry them. It comes with a stand and a charger.I honestly didn’t think much was happening, but looking at the before/after photos, I’m pretty shocked. I’m 34 and I don’t have a ton of sagging skin/need for much lifting and the difference is subtle, but it’s definitely apparent, especially for my chin/jawline and my eyebrows. I don’t normally have an arch in my eyebrow area, but now I do thanks to this device….what?! And it’s only been a week. I can’t wait to see what this device does long term!!! For the results, I think the price is worth it.I have a nuface mini and if you get the regular nuface the price is really comparable. I didn’t notice much difference with the nuface, at least not as quickly as the BT sculpt. I have a microcurrent gua sha and other devices from reputable brands (all priced from $150-300+) and the BT sculpt definitely outperforms them in comfort, ease of use and efficacy.
