Very good but it does have a sweet taste, should be good for smoothies or shakes not good with water.

Product mixes easy and clean, has ZERO flavor which is exactly what I needed. The fiber does help give a full sensation with my protein powder / breakfast shake. I wholeheartedly plan on buying this one again when I need it.

This would be great if it dissolved quick. Makes your drink thicker in texture too.

When blended and ready to drink, it smells and tastes exactly like a soda cracker, or saltine, but without salt.In other words, it tastes better than any other fiber products I’ve tried.I use a lidded jar, put in a cup of warm water, add the little scoop of this stuff and shake it. It blends well, without clumps.

Doesn’t mix well with cold drinks. Also for “unflavored” it sure tastes like malt/burnt sugar.For the cost though, it’s average….spend more, get better mixing and less flavored

This fiber is a weight loss game changer. Start out with one scoop daily, after about 3 weeks tirade the dose up to a scoop and a half or two scoops daily. On a glp-1, you’re about to fall in love with me just off this ❤️😘

IF YOU NEED TO GO, THIS WILL DO IT
I’m working on losing weight, and I’ve always kind of struggled with “movements” and getting a complete movement. This first day I used this, I used 2 scoops in a 40oz cup, LET ME TELL YOU IT WORKS can’t taste it, not chunky. LOVE IT.
