I’m disappointed because for the money I spent, I expected everything to be in pristine condition out of the box. Granted, there was LOTS of foam in the box, but after I started assembling the bike I noticed a crack in the back body section. By the time I saw it, most of the bike was assembled and it was too late. And it’s supposed to be a commercial grade bike. Now that I’ve put it together I wouldn’t agree with that statement.

Seat travel seems a little short. People with short legs may find it difficult to use the equipment. If the seat could move closer to the pedals it would be a great machine.

I am 5 ft, 3 in. and the bike does not fit as described, so it is not possible for me to ride the bike to evaluate how many stars it deserves. A huge problem is that I had to get it off the porch, out of the box and assembled (which I had expected – but assumed I would be able to reach the pedals) to learn that it does not fit my frame. The only return option appears to be for me to drop it off at UPS. I am not strong enough to carry it to my car, and need it picked up from my house. I wanted to pay $120 extra to have it assembled; which would have helped me to deal with this problem, but this was not an option for this particular model.
