To use the remote control, it needs to be paired with the BO-300 infrared therapy light. The user manual provides simple steps for the pairing process. One 23A 12V Batteries are not included with the remote and need to be purchased separately.

Is red light therapy safe? Are there side effects?

We uses only the red and near infrared wavelengths thatare clinically proven to be effective and safe. However, we alwaysrecommend consulting with your healthcare provider for specific questions about any concerns or health conditions.

Do I need to wear eye protection? Are the lights safe for my eyes?

While there is a growing body of scientific research suggesting that modest amounts of red and NIR LED light may benefit certain eye conditions, the BONTANNY Red mode is very bright. Therefore, we recommend wearing eye protection before use.

What are the differences between BO-300 in black and white?

Based on the two-wavelength black version (660nm, 850nm), we have introduced an upgraded five-wavelength white version (630nm, 660nm, 810nm,830nm, 850nm), which offers a more comprehensive treatment range and enhanced effects.

How do I use BONTANNY Therapy Lights? How do I set this up？

We recommend that first-time users start with a treatment time of 3-5 minutes per area, positioned at a distance of 3-10 inches, and gradually increase the session length to 15 minutes; for optimal results, at least 3 to 7 times a week is advised.
