    I was surprised with this MCT oil, anyway here’s the breakdown for;
    Pro; really fine oil content, great taste, no smell, good amount for the cost, the squeeze bottle is able for me to control the amount I needed to pure into my black coffee, espresso. Works perfectly.
    Con; nothing negative.
    Conclusion; I have been doing bullet proof coffee , used different kind of MCT oil for years now, I must say I am overwhelmed surprised the quality and overall of this MCT oil, I am certain it’s going to give me the health benefits, I am recommending this one and will definitely order it again!!!

    Amazing I'm starting the keto lifestyle! Wow this oil is wonderful…. It was a great buy for the price it mixes smooth with all my drinks! It's so healthy and easy to digest plus I can use it in salad dressings or smoothies!!! I feel energetic and ready to begin my journey!

    Just a good deal on mct oil, no real flavor, I add it to my morning hot beverage for energy.

    best part of this brand (aside from the price) is the easy squirt method of pouring (think of those nice new ketchup bottles that you have to squeeze to get the product through the valve in a forceful stream). I've never have to worry about oil drips down the side of the bottle, since the top functions as a one way valve. See my video for a demonstration.

    I’ve tried a few different MCT oils over the past year, mostly in coffee and smoothies, and this Solimo version has been one of the best values so far.

    The oil is light, clean, and truly unflavored with no coconut taste or weird aftertaste. It blends smoothly into hot coffee without separating and mixes well into smoothies without making them feel heavy or greasy. The consistency has stayed clear and stable with no cloudiness or rancid smell.

    I also like that it’s just a simple single-ingredient product with no fillers or additives. The 32 oz bottle lasts a long time if you use it daily, and the bottle itself pours cleanly without making a mess.

    One thing to note is that it’s not certified organic, so if that matters to you, you may want a different brand. For me, the lower price and solid quality made it an easy tradeoff.

    Overall, this has been a reliable everyday MCT oil at a much better price than most name brands. If you use MCT oil regularly and want something simple and affordable, this is a great option.

    I love this stuff I use it for everything that says oil. Well except olive oil, but for baking and other cooking this is the oil for salad dressings, homemade mayo, I put it in my coffee at times.
    Just the best all around useful oil, and supposedly it's good for ya too.

    Bring back the pump!

    Happy with the oil, not happy with the cap. This product used to come with a pump & I could control the amount I added to my coffee, etc. I tried to use the pump from the old bottle but the bottle has changed to a different size neck. The new flip cap is messy and hard to control. I have to wipe the bottle after use because of the oil running down the side.
