My physical therapist recommended this product. It’s really working well. Compared to another brand I purchased, this one is super easy to put on and adjust. You put it on just like a backpack then adjust the straps which Velcro in place. The Velcro is thin but strong and the straps do not slide once placed. I find other products that have more than one part or pads that come on/off to be annoying – too many moving parts. This one is affordable. It’s also comfortable as a posture corrector can be. I have worn it over t-shirts and tank tops while sitting at my desk or watching TV or other slouch-inducing activities. It does not rub my skin or hurt.
I guess if you’re above average in terms of height, weight, or chest width, or suffering from very low upper body and arm flexibility, I could understand how one might struggle a bit getting this on, but otherwise I disagree with the reviews stating it’s hard to get on or adjust. This was a breeze. I’m 5’5”.

I'm giving it three stars but I could never get it on. It requires the ability to lift your arms and shoulders up in an awkward move and strong enough fingers to grab the hard to reach tabs and the strength in your arms to pull the tabs through against great resistance while in this awkward position …. none of which I have. Wish I had remembered to return it in the 30 day window. If you've got some inflexibility or handicap, this might not be the thing that you hope for.

Very uncomfortable and I am a small person. It does not remind me to keep my back straight. Tight or a bit loose, neither way works. I know some of the reviewers found it helpful but this one gives one star.
IMHO it is not worth the money.

If your posture is affected due to carrying a bag for a long period of time this design will help with the shoulder rotation aspect of posture, not so much the spinal alignment. I can wear it for 3 to 4 hours before I need to take a break due to the straps feeling uncomfortable on my underarm. Great price for great results. Best case is you can get used to how good posture 'feels" mechanically so you can work at self correcting when you get a food understanding of where your shoulders should be

It's definitely not one size fits all. I have to keep adjusting.. the back part goes up too high.. not enough back support and won't stay in place. Strap hurts underarms less than one hour time of use. I wish it had extra straps to adjust it in place. The photo is deceiving. It's way too small. I will not recommend unless you are size small. I would recommend not buying — runs too small.

Seems all of these posture devices are best at reminding us to adjust our posture, however they don’t fit well and don’t hold shoulders back and down.
Don’t recommend unless you can’t remember to adjust your posture. It’s a matter of discipline then habit. After regular practice and a little self awareness, you’ll have great posture for life.
Here’s a visual that has helped me:
Put your shoulder blades in your back pockets and imagine a string attached to the top of your head pulling upwards.
