Excellent product
This belt performs its function – it helps very much in relieving my pain. The large size is ideal, because I can cover both my glutes or both my thighs. It’s heavy; however, that’s to be expected give its size. Its very easy to use.

I have not had this very long but have seen improvement for sore muscles and joints. Also using around the abdomen 5 days a week and I have noticed some differences here as well. Educate yourself so you are aware of which setting is going to benefit you the most. It does have a strong chemical plastic smell but I am hoping over time this odor fades.

This has worked to relieve my pain.
This works! As a firefighter I am struggle with back and shoulder pain from a career of lifting heavy equipment and heavy patients off of the floor or out of wrecked cars. This has given me so much pain relief and comfort without greasy and strong smelling creams. The functionality is intuitive and easy to use. You can cycle between the different lights and heat intensity levels. I also like how portable it is and that I can use it with my power bank so I can walk around, but it also plugs into the wall. It feels durable, good quality with an elastic strap that provides extra support.

Best red light therapy belt
This is a great light Therapy belt! I had one from LifePro and in less than two months the Velcro on it stopped holding. This one is probably $100 less than the other one. I really like the controller on this belt. It is very easy to tell when it is on or off because it says off in large letters if it’s off. You can adjust the heat intensity by four different levels. You can also adjust what red light frequency you’re getting, or you can get all red light frequencies at the same time. I really like this feature. The controller on this is very easy to see if you’re over 50 and need reading glasses. You won’t need your glasses to use this. That was one thing I hated about the life pro one,I have severe lower back pain and use this daily. It really makes a difference. The interesting thing is I have been using red light therapy belts for over two years now and I noticed the area where I put the belt is much thinner than the rest of my back. I know they say you can use these for weight loss, and so apparently it works. At the beginning of the summer, I started using my different red light therapy belt by adding a treatment of turning it around and wearing it on my stomach every day. In about two months time, I had been to the doctor and they said I had lost 1 pound of belly fat. They have some fancy fancy machine that is able to measure all of that at my Dr’s office It’s a weight loss clinic. I put the frequency on 660 for the weight loss, and when I do my lower back for pain, I use all frequencies of the red light therapy. I can turn the level up much higher when it’s only on 660. It gets too hot on my lower back to have it very high when I have all the frequencies on. The treatment area, the area with the lights, is taller on this particular belt than it was on the other one I had.. the treatment area on this one is also just a tad bit less in length than the other. I would definitely recommend this one over my other one. This one also has a very interesting feature of working like a back brace. Once you fasten the belt around you, it has a couple of stretchy Velcro things that you can pull tighter around you, much like a back brace would have. This is actually nicer than some of the back braces I’ve had over the years. It’s a great product!

Everything works good with the belt. Don’t know if it works the way if it is supposed to yet since it requires 6+weeks for results. I am hopeful it will be good. I bought this to help melt away the stubborn fat cells. So, five stars for now.

BARELY WARM
Practically no heat. I bought this because I wanted both heat and red light therapy to help with pain from breaking several bones over the last 2 years and the reviews for this raved about the heat. I am greatly disappointed.I’ll keep it for my husband and see if it’ll help his back, but I’m still going to have to find something for me because heat is required for pain relief for my injuries. The remote is fairly easy to understand, which is great since there’s no instructions. The size is fabulous, especially for larger folks (hubs is over 6 ft and over 300 pounds and it fits him). It does not have a chargeable battery so you’re either stuck plugged into a wall outlet or you can use a portable charger bank.
