Best therapy belt
I recently tried the Medisana 3-in-1 red light therapy belt and what I like most about this belt is the combination of three features in one device: red light therapy, heat, and vibration. Instead of needing separate tools, everything is built into one wrap, which makes it super convenient. It really helps loosen tight muscles and gives that “heating pad” comfort but in a more wearable, hands-free way.

Erases back pain!
So far it’s been working really well. I have back pain and it usually flares up with physical activity. I normally use heating pads which are limited. The quality of this belt is really wonderful, it feels really good on my back and the pain just seems to melt away quickly. I’m really glad I started to use this!

Not as advertised
DO NOT PURCHASE!!! False advertising. This is a RL500/RL 500G. It is NOT as advertised with 650nm red and 850nm near infrared. It also don’t work and wasn’t charged out of the box. This is my most disappointing purchase on Amazon in a very long time. Duping consumers like this should not be allowed. I am returning it immediately.

I’ve used this twice so far and it seems to help with my lower back issues. The heat and the massage is great. I’m not sure about the RLT as the description says the RLT is rated high, but the pamphlet says 500 which is low. I will be using 60min a day every day and will keep you informed on if it is worth it. I started on 4/9/26 so will update on 5/5/26. If I find it’s worth it my stars will go from 3 to 5x
