A natural approach if you don’t eat enough fiber.
I prefer a more natural way to get things rolling as it should. These work well. Far better than probiotics. Just be prepared to drink a lot of water with them. I struggle to get enough fluid in me during the colder months & I never get enough fiber through food. Everyone’s body is different, but they worked for me.

Small and easy to swallow
Over the years I’ve had increasing difficulty swallowing larger pills and capsules. These are smaller than my previous brand and easy to swallow. I purchased because I ran out of my others before my subscribe and save was due, and these were cheaper. But I’m super happy with them and will use them from now on!
