Not too big and seems to work so far. Good value.
They seem to be working for me. I bought some of the powder and these pills in case the powder tasted bad but I kind of like both. If I have a protein drink in the morning I use the powder and if not I take 3 of these pills which is the daily dose but luckily they aren’t huge like some of these supplements are. I think there are 300 in a bottle so 100 doses but some folks might get away with taking 1 or 2 instead of all 3 depending on your needs.

This psyllium husk supplement is fantastic. I love that it combines psyllium, inulin, and acacia — the 3-in-1 blend makes it much more effective than regular fiber alone. Cholesterol Levels Finally Went Down!!
I started taking this psyllium fiber because I wanted to help lower my cholesterol, and it actually worked! After sticking with it, my cholesterol numbers went down and I feel so much better. It’s easy to take, doesn’t upset my stomach, and I like knowing I’m getting more fiber every day too. It is concerning that there is no detail as to why the bottle has a warning label as ingredients are hazardous known to the state of California.
