This red light therapy belt is very convenient and easy to use. The 660nm light feels soothing, and it helps relieve back and waist pain after long hours of sitting or working. Promising Results So Far, Room For Improvement
I’ve been using this red light therapy belt for a week, and while it hasn’t completely eliminated my back pain, I’ve definitely noticed some improvement. It’s lightweight and doesn’t feel bulky under clothing. The inner neoprene material is soft against my skin, and the bulbs haven’t caused any irritation.This belt is 51 inches long but highly adjustable. There’s no need to align tabs or buckles as the Velcro can be attached anywhere along the exterior for a custom fit. The bulbs are arranged in a 5-inch by 15.25-inch grid.The device emits a mild warmth during use, and I don’t have to worry about it staying on too long if I doze off thanks to the automatic shutoff feature. I also love that it’s cordless because I can wear it almost anywhere without being tethered to an outlet.My only real complaint is that the belt lacks an external display to monitor power, mode, elapsed time, and battery strength. The controller has a light, but it only shows the charging status when the unit is plugged in. When wearing the device, there’s no way to visually confirm that it’s working without undoing the belt to look directly at the bulbs. At one point, the battery died mid-session without me even realizing.Despite the drawbacks, I’m happy with this DGYAO belt overall. It feels well-constructed and the controller is easy to use. For the price, I think it offers good value, especially considering the overall size, comfort, and portability.

A nice useful item with one fatal flaw!
This item would be great. It has lots of good intensity red lights on the inside, and has a few different settings for how to use them, though I almost always have it on the all hands on deck setting, meaning all of the lights are lit up constantly.The neoprene keeps the small amount of heat it generates in, and it has good strong velcro that lets you adjust it at any level you want. The battery life is good but not great, and I usually charge it every second or third time I use it.So what’s the fatal flaw? It has no indicator light on the little battery pack that you can see while you’re wearing it. This doesn’t seem like a big deal except that there’s no way to know that it’s on unless you take it off and look at the red lights. That is particularly problematic because it seems to have a time out function, in that it turns off without you turning it off. I have many times taken it off assuming it was still working, only to find out that it shut off at some point. Such an easy fix, but much less functional as is.

This is extremely comfortable. I wear it outside my tee shirt for sanitary purposes as I have oily skin. I still find it to be effective. While my back pain will never be eliminated this has definitely reduced the back discomfort I experience.

Simple and effective
I tend to have pretty frequent lower back pain and use everything from massagers to menthol muscle rub. They all have varying degrees of effectiveness. I’ve heard good things about red light therapy so I decided to give this a try.This belt is simple and easy to use. I love that they include not just a charging cord, but also a charging block to plug it in. It drives me crazy when I have to go searching for a charging block to be able to charge a brand new product. It charged up pretty quickly and I’ve been using it for a couple days.So, call me crazy, but I swear this thing has reduced my lower back pain. I was skeptical at first because it’s not intense like a massager. I’ve been using it at night before bed, and I’ve woken up without the normal lower back pain I normally do. That’s been pretty exciting and my fingers are crossed that I’ll continue to see these results.I’m a fairly small person and it fits well. The design is such that it allows for a pretty wide range of adjustments. In case you sweat, it’s quick and easy to clean. I want to try more red light therapies now!

A Lower Priced Option For Cordless Red Light Therapy
It does work, and when on I can feel the heat on my back, but, there is no adjustment or even a status light to let you know it is on or off. I tend to strap it on prior to turning it on, with this I am not even sure if it on without pulling it off to see if the red lights are on. It also needs a long press to turn it on and since there is no status light you have to set a timer on something else to know when it will turn off automatically. I do own other DGYAO item (slippers and shoulder pad) and they are much more user friendly and let you know via lights what it is doing.On a better note, the built in battery has lasted thru 8 sessions and no sign of needing a charge yet, so that’s a good mark.All things considered, it is still a keeper.

Good sized red light therapy for waist, shoulder, or thigh and leg pain!
This red light therapy belt fits in most areas where there’s a lot of pan, especially in the shoulders when you wear it at an angle. It’s also great for the stomach, side, and lower back. It doesn’t get hot, but I do recommend doing 15-minute sessions since the fabric makes it feel a little scratchy. It’s super easy to use and charging it is a breeze and it doesn’t take long to get a full charge, maybe an hour max. For the price, you’re getting a great quality red light therapy belt that may help to relieve some sore spots.
