Works Well, Needs an Audible Tone to Indicate Timer End
The red-light heating pad works well, with its two settings for light intensity. It’s convenient, easy to travel with, and works effectively. My only problem is that there is no audible time when the timer ends, so I have to frequently check the device to see if it’s on or off.

Works Well for Lower Back Without Getting Hot
I use this red light therapy belt mainly on my lower back after long hours of sitting at work. It wraps around easily and stays in place with the strap, so I don’t have to lie down.
