Game changer
These Sleep ZM blue light glasses are a game changer! The interchangeable lenses make it easy to adjust for different lighting, and they’re very comfortable to wear for long periods. I’ve noticed less eye strain and better sleep. Great quality and very practical!

I can’t say enough about these glasses! I sleep better, less groggy in the morning.. What u need to do is be sure and wear them at least 2 hours before u go to bed. I wear them to watch TV. I fall asleep even faster now according to my Whoop. IT’s worth the price!

Didn’t know what to expect but, was willing to try anything to help me sleep after a nightshift of staring at monitors. These work great. I noticed immediately the reduction in eye strain while wearing them. I usually put them on last hour of the shift.

plastic lenses are not clear.
I think the orange color is helpful for reducing the effects of blue light, however, the plastic lenses are not very clear. Perhaps glass would be a better alternative.

They work
So I wake up at 0130 for work. Im dead tired at the end of the day. I accidentally fall asleep a few times before bed. By bedtime I get wide awake becasue I been staring at the TV or my phone. Approximately one hour before bed I will wear the glasses while watching TV and scrolling on the phone up to bedtime. I fall asleep pretty quick and the light didnt affect my sleep whatsoever. In fact I feel more groggy when I wake up in the middle of the night to use the restroom because of the melatonin produced in the body. I even tested them while in the dark laying in bed scrolling for 20 min. That would immediately effect my sleep as it always has. I fell asleep very easily. Im very easily affected by blue light when it comes to sleep and these glasses have helped by alot

Son ligeras y si siento que me protegen del brillo de las pantallas. Las uso a partir de que la luz del día se comienza a ir (cuando ya hay que prender focos en la casa) y sigo trabajando en la computadora y/o viendo tele. Los uso de corrido hasta la hora de dormir para que también me protege de la luz de los focos de la casa. Mis ojos se cansan mucho menos. Lo único que siento es que se le mete la luz por los laterales y alrededores (como que no cubre completo el ojo).
