Complete system includes 1 bed alarm, 1 bed sensor pad, 1 chair sensor pad and 1 AC power adapter. All items carry a 1 year manufacturer warranty. Use these products for fall prevention; know when someone is getting out of a bed or a chair unattended. Place the bed sensor pad 30 inches across the width of the bed, under the fitted sheet. Position the pad under the shoulder blades for an alert when the resident sits up or position the pad under the hips for an alert when the resident is lifting out of the bed. Place the chair sensor pad on the seat of a firm chair. Alarm will sound when the resident is lifting out of the chair. The alarm beeps when weight is applied, to let the caregiver know the system is working. The alarm will sound continuous when weight is removed from the pad. Good service and good products
The driver is very good about putting my package where it is not visible from the street. that is very important to me. I’m very happy with the merchandise received, just have to see what my husband is.

Great product
Very satisfied with the product. I have an 87 yr old mom with dementia recently discharged from the hospital. I’m a nurse and work from home but I can’t be on top of her 24/7 so having this chair alert has been an asset in fall prevention. It goes off immediately and gives me the heads needed to ensure her safety. Get this product!!

Good nights
My dad cannot get up on his own. He tries and can easily fall without assistance. This product alerts me when he needs my help to get up in the middle of the night. I can sleep peacefully but still be there when he needs me. Invaluable.

Alarm pad
This has helped my sister so much with taking care of my mother with Dementia. Now she doesn’t have to worry about mom getting up out of her chair if she leaves the room for a second. No more concerns about her possibly falling.

When it works it is great.
This came with (2) pads. One for use in a bed and one for use in a chair.Pros:The one for the bed is a must have for FALL RISK patients, if there is only one caretaker for patient and great unit to have if you cannot be there next to them every minute of every day. It allows me to go make dinner or do laundry and have peace of mind they are not trying to get out of bed by them self.I would only use the one meant for the chair if I was never leaving the room or if you had some kind of seatbelt, as it only takes a second or two to fall. Use it as a backup, but not a baby sitter.Cons:When using in bed: When it works it works great, but it does not always work if patient slowly slips down off pad. This happens while patient is sitting up and then laid down and sat up again. Make sure you readjust the pad after changing positions. Non slip pads on the back might improve this. Must be unplugged when changing patient or it goes off continuously, so DON’T FORGET to plug it back in. Works great in a chair.
