Makes me fill “chill” and calm.
I read a lot of reviews about this product and was surprised to read so many people say it had a “calming effect.” I figured there was nothing to lose by trying it. I tend to suffer from ADD and my mind “spins” out of control many times throughout the course of the day. This means I am often thinking and worrying about things even before they happen. I thought I would try these to see if they would put my brain in a state of “calm” and allow me to focus better. I noticed a huge difference in the first week, but thought it could be the “placebo” effect. I continued to take 2 (sometimes 4) a day and it’s now been almost a month and the results continue to be positive. I would describe the feeling as being “chill”, calm and focused. Even my husband has noticed a difference, especially with regards to my calm attitude towards work. Normally, I would be complaining, worrying and stressing but I haven’t been that way in almost a month. My sleep has improved somewhat, but the overall feeling of calmness this provides during the day is honestly amazing. They taste good too! Not sure if these will work for you, but I do recommend giving them a try.

I took these mushroom complex gummies after hearing about the benefits of certain mushrooms in this supplement’s ingredients. And wow! The way that they made me feel was kind of addictive. I felt more mental clarity and focus. My mood was elevated. I felt driven to tackle organizational projects I had been putting off because of a lull in my energy and mental focus, and a downturn in my mood, stemming from an onslaught of overwhelming, difficult, and unfortunate events that had just occurred in my life. The price was pretty reasonable as well. I did not experience any stomach upset or bad smell. They might have had a good deal of sugar in them because they tasted really delicious, but I did not check the label, and now they are all gone. Time to reorder! I highly recommend!

So far I have nothing negative to say. They taste pretty good but I don’t like mushrooms at all, so I can’t tell if I can actually taste the mushroom flavor or if it’s my mind playing tricks on me. I’m only a couple of days in, so I haven’t been able to test their effectiveness quite yet.As far as the Berberine gummies go, they are absolutely horrible! I’m going to try to get them down for the next 28 days but it will be hard. I will most definitely find a new gummy for this product after I’m done.

These really seem to work! I am calmer and more focused. I have adhd and these made me feel so dialed in at work this week once I started taking them. I will say that I don’t think they taste great, they taste like weird raisins to me, but that’s very trivial.
